Abito a Modena, e sento terribilmente la mancanza del buon sapore della carne della macelleri di Nicola. La carne, ha un ottimo odore anche da cruda, verrebbe voglia di mangiarla così. Meravigliose persone.
Quality meat, unsurpassed flavor, excellent professionalism, and wonderful courtesy. I live in Modena, and I terribly miss the good taste of the meat of Nicola's butchers. The meat smells great even when raw, you would want to eat it like this. Wonderful people.
