Ho provato sia delle costate, che la carne di maiale per preparare delle ribs a cottura lenta. Carne molto buona e il grasso aveva un bel sapere dolce. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la consiglio. Il 27 giugno 2020 mi trovavo nella zona, mi avevano parlato benissimo di voi e siamo venuti a fare un po' di acquisti, e tra le cose ho preso circa 1 kg di soppressa, buonissima, stagionata, gran prodotto, complimenti, e ho parlato bene di voi. Il 13 marzo corrente mese, 2021, (oggi è ven 26) ero ancora in zona e son quindi venuto ancora da voi, ho fatto una spesa di circa 70 euro, tra cui 30 euro di quella soppressa (!), che avevate al banco sigillata, intera. Beh una volta a casa l'ho aperta e ne ho mangiata un po' ed era tutta molliccia, praticamente sembra altro, tutto grasso, il massimo che si vede di carne è un po' di rosa sparso, roba da stare male, capisco la crisi ma ... a parte che non sembra stagionata, avevo chiesto espressamente stagionata mi è stato risposto che erano tutte uguali, per cui ho preso quella, ma non è mangiabile, troppo grasso portate pazienza, sarà stato un caso ma la devo contestare, dovevate chiamarla grasso bianco e rosa, appena possibile ve la riporto, ho provato poco fa a tagliare il retro, ma è uguale, grasso. Detto questo, so che siete bravissimi, e prodotti eccellenti, è stato un caso però ... non se pol. 4 stelle sulla fiducia e sulla memoria della soppressa eccezionale dell'anno scorso. Hello. L'ambiente interno nuovo e ben arredato è molto accogliente, legno e illuminazione sono di impatto. I posti interni sono prenotabili mentre all'esterno i due tavoli da 6 sono di chi prima arriva. Aperto a pranzo, fino le 13 è disponibile anche il negozio. Alla domenica consigliano la grigliata con verdure cotte e tagliere di salumi come antipasto. Noi abbiamo aggiunto birra artigianale della Lessinia e il dolce fatto in casa. Personale gentile, disponibile. Bagni interni puliti e nuovi. Abbiamo trovato il prezzo un po' alto: 55 euro ma sicuramente prodotti di qualità. A valid place if you pass in Lessinia.
