Tutta carne "vera" che si ritira pochissimo in padella ed è saporita già al naturale. Prezzi onesti. Grandissimo lavoratore. Girando si trovano, ottimi i prodotti secondari.. Ricotta e formaggio di pecora, uova, mais x polenta..
