★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando passo per Pecol e una tappa d'obbligo venire ad acquistare la bresaola in questa particolare macelleria e una cosa eccellente che mi permetto considerare i proprietari una eccellenza italiana nella produzione e lavorazione dei loro prodotti e nel rifornirsi di prodotti tipici particolari della zona di montagna tutti ottimi molto apprezzati e curati con maestria nella stagionatura e aromatizzazione anche lo speck che considero un qualche cosa di particolare dal gusto e dal sapore .Cosa dire del titolare persona simpaticissima sempre cortese e gentile nel fare assaggiare i suoi prodotti ,nutrita varietà di formaggi di varie malghe, i prezzi possono sembrare un po cari ma la qualità dei prodotti li meritano tutti a volte io ci scherzo nel trattare il prezzo . Complimenti ancora per la vostra serietà nel realizzare e curare con amore la vostra produzione.
Consigliatissimo fa di questo negozio una rarità dei loro prodotti.
When I pass by Pecol it is a must to come and buy bresaola in this particular butcher's shop and an excellent thing that I allow myself to consider the owners an Italian excellence in the production and processing of their products and in stocking up on typical products particular of the mountain area all excellent, very appreciated and treated with mastery in seasoning and flavoring, even the speck which I consider to be something particular with a taste and flavor. various huts, the prices may seem a bit expensive but the quality of the products deserve them all at times I joke about the price. Congratulations again for your seriousness in making and taking care of your production with love.
Highly recommended makes this shop a rarity of their products.

Buonissimi anche i canederli. C'è la possibilità di mettere tutto sottovuoto. La signora che ci ha servito è stata davvero gentile e disponibile consigliandoci al meglio.
Excellent butchery. We bought the sweet speck and it is truly sublime. They have a lot of specialties on sale. Good and particular the fennel salami. The dumplings are also delicious. There is the possibility of putting everything under vacuum. The lady who served us was really kind and helpful, giving us the best advice.
