Il macellaio...pronto a consigliare il pezzo migliore e come prepararlo....sempre gentilissimo....

 A history butcher shop .... located a stone's throw from the square and from the splendid mother church of Tuglie .... For years its calling card has been the quality ..... very good meat .... like the specialties. ... prepared by Enzo .... excellent mboti them ..... the sausage .... and ... the famous "Salentina" specialty of the house ....
