Ottima la salsiccia stagionata ed il capocollo sono di loro produzione non troppo grassi e senza conservanti strani dell’industria. I salumi posso mangiarli, ovviamente senza esagerare, anche quando sono a dieta di mantenimento senza farmi troppi problemi.
Selected meat cuts, perfect for my protein diet. Excellent the seasoned sausage and the capocollo are of their production not too fat and without strange preservatives of the industry. The cured meats I can eat them, obviously without exaggerating, even when I am on a maintenance diet without causing myself too many problems.

Education..Availability..Kindness and other factors ... are the cornerstones of this butcher's shop. I arrived in San Angelo at 3pm .. closing time..and allowed me to call ... and Enzo one of the sons the owner was very kind to open the store x let us taste their good products..x then buy them ... I highly recommend their specialties ... thanks again and see you again
