★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spesso dalla Valle di Zoldo attraverso il passo Staulanza per godermi la Val Fiorentina. Una tappa in macelleria per me è d'obbligo. La carne è nettamente superiore rispetto a quella dei supermercati ed i prezzi non sono più alti. C'è la possibilità di fare mettere la carne sottovuoto per conservarla più a lungo. Il personale è cortese.
