A dicembre abbiamo fatto anche un ordine online e è arrivato tutto in perfetto stato.
L'unica cosa andata storta è stata una richiesta fatta anche telefonicamente di 2 codoni(una parte del manzo) e mi hanno spedito bistecche di polpa.
A luglio ne ho acquistato un bel po in negozio ed era favoloso. Peccato, spero che nel prossimo ordine siano più precisi.
 Exceptional butcher, great meat and nice staff.
In December we also placed an online order and everything arrived in perfect condition.
The only thing that went wrong was a request made by phone for 2 codons (part of the beef) and they sent me pulp steaks.
I bought quite a few in the store in July and it was fabulous. Too bad, I hope that in the next order they are more accurate.

E devo dire che oltre alla cordialità del personale, ciò che offrono è veramente ottimo... dalla carne salada, allo speck ( che non ha nulla a che vedere con quello acquistato qui)... fornisce per chi vuole di bistecche già impanate, saltimbocca e affettati. Ma si possono trovare anche altre cose, come funghi secchi e sott’olio, polenta di vari tipi, senape da gustare con i würstel ... e la cosa che apprezzo oltre alla qualità è il fatto che se uno ordina carne o arrosti da portare via, questi vengono messi sotto vuoto, così come gli affettati.. ah dimenticavo delle luganeghe, salsiccette da tagliare a metà e mettere sulla piastra... ottime!
I have been a customer for at least thirty years! And I must say that in addition to the friendliness of the staff, what they offer is really good ... from the carne salada, to the speck (which has nothing to do with the one purchased here) ... provides for those who want steaks already breaded, saltimbocca and cold cuts. But you can also find other things, such as dried mushrooms and in oil, polenta of various types, mustard to be enjoyed with frankfurters ... and the thing I appreciate in addition to quality is the fact that if one orders meat or roasts to bring on, these are put under vacuum, as well as meats .. ah forgot of luganeghe, poached to be cut in half and put on the plate ... excellent!
