A	Alessandro M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a questa "boutique" della carne per telefono chiedendo il costo al kg al fine di acquistare della carne di pecora per arrosticini. La persona contattata ci aveva riferito che per politiche aziendali non poteva riferire il costo e che comunque si doveva orinare per tempo i quanto tale carne non era sempre disponibile. Dopo l'ordine sono andato a prenderla e ho pagato euro 84.95 a monte di un peso di 3.034 di carne che avevano disossato. Assieme alla carne ho pagato anche le ossa che da sole pesavano circa un kg e quindi il costo finale della sola carne è stato di oltre 42.00 euro al kg. Per correttezza avreste dovuto comunicare il prezzo ed io certamente non avrei effettuato l'acquisto .......a mai più rivederci!!! After the order I went to get it and I paid 84.95 euros upstream of a weight of 3.034 of meat that they had deboned. Along with the meat, I also paid for the bones, which alone weighed about one kg, so the final cost of meat alone was over 42.00 euros per kg. To be fair you should have communicated the price and I certainly wouldn't have made the purchase ....... never to see you again !!!

Ho preso del controfiletto grass fed e sinceramente l'ho trovato gustoso, morbido, saporito, ma tutto sommato in linea con altri carni prese da altri macellai. E' poco chiara la provenienza e, alla mia richiesta di sapere da dove arriva, il ragazzo è stato sul generico (a volte dal Baldo, a volte da Ferrara di Monte Baldo). Sui prezzi non mi esprimo!! Sono oltre ogni possibile ipotesi!!! Il prezzo piu basso per la carne è 28,00 €/kilo. Oltre che eticamente e moralmente discutibile, in giro trovi ottime tagliate di provenienza locale a 18/19 €/kilo. Buon per loro se riescono a vendere a questi prezzi. Magari 1/2 volte all'anno posso tornarci. I've heard a lot about it so I wanted to try people. Il personale preparato ti seguirà e consiglierà in base alle tue esigenze informandoti sulla provenienza e modi di allevamento delle carni scelte ma non solo, puoi trovare un ottimo vino, birra artigianale e prodotti da forno..... Excellent quality meats, pre-cooked products at low temperature and cooked tasty finished preparations. Frollatura perfetta che neanche al ristornate la trovi così. Una delle migliori della mia vita! Personale simpatico e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente Happened here by chance this evening as the only butcher's shop open around 7pm. I will never forget the Piedmontese Fassona steak. Perfect maturation that not even at the restaurant you find it like this. One of the best in my life! Nice and helpful staff. I will definitely be back

Come negozio mi è piaciuta l' esposizione , la varietà e sicuramente la SELEZIONE delle carni . Si capisce che è un negozio TOP. Bravi i macellai commessi. I was on this morning to get some chicken cutlets and heifer burgers .... x the quality, I will be able to say. As a shop I liked the exposure, the variety and certainly the SELECTION of the meats. It is understood that it is a TOP shop. Well done butchers committed.

Prenotato telefonicamente le stighhiola non mi hanno riferito, nonostante più volte da me chiesto il prezzo al kilo. Una volta giunto in negozio per il ritiro l'amara scoperta richiesta di pagamento come fossero diamanti!!! Avrei voluto lasciare tutto li e andare via a mani vuote invece ho ritirato metà di quanto ordinato pagato intorno a 40€ kg!!! Un diamante è per sempre!!! Stendo un velo pietoso sulla fattura di quanto ritirato. Mettetevi un passamontagna e andate a fare le rapine che è più semplice....!!!!!!!! I had the misfortune of trying this butcher's shop.
