★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo se ha dell'agnello per due persone, fa due conti, mi dice che ne ha tantissimo, aspetto 20 minuti perché il cliente prima di me è passato di là del bancone e nel laboratorio e i due stanno amabilmente chiacchierando. Poi vedo il cliente che gira salando un pezzetto di carne e si mette a fare merenda nel laboratorio, poi palpeggia la carne per fare vedere come la vuole tagliata. Alla fine il macellaio riesce a darmi 5 pezzetti di agnello che non bastano neanche per me. Avrei preso qualcos'altro, ma non so cosa abbia toccato il tizio, così mi son fermato da un'altra parte al ritorno.
I ask if he has lamb for two people, he does two maths, he tells me that he has a lot, I wait 20 minutes because the customer before me has passed beyond the counter and in the laboratory and the two are chatting amiably. Then I see the customer who turns salting a piece of meat and goes for a snack in the laboratory, then gropes the meat to show how he wants it cut. In the end the butcher manages to give me 5 pieces of lamb which are not even enough for me. I would have taken something else, but I don't know what the guy touched, so I stopped somewhere else on the way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla qualità e la bontà dei prodotti. Però sentire lamentele nel 2021 perché voglio pagare 7,10 euro in bancomat invece di contanti è sufficiente per non farmi tornare.
