Michele e il suo staff vi accoglieranno con il sorriso e vi sapranno consigliare le varie cotture dei vari tagli di carne... Consiglio caldamente gli spiedini di carne che sono un qualcosa di fantastico. La macellerie ha parcheggio di fronte e questo agevola di molto la spesa. Dopo essermi sentito sotto esame per la cottura a causa del sign. Claudio che da buon cultore della griglia mi osservava, ho cercato di dare il meglio di me stesso, credo con ottimo risultato dovuto ALL'OTTIMA QUALITÀ della carne! Chapeau.. Si possono trovare anche delle gustose preparazioni di manodopera pronte per essere cucinate, per esempio polpette, petti di pollo e di tacchino impanati, oppure valdostane, o straccetti di pollo con varie verdure. Non manca mai del macinato di anatra per fare un'ottimo ragù e se si è di fretta lo si può trovare in vaschette già pronte fatte in casa. Questo negozio lo consiglio vivamente. Mi lo doparo par fare el ragú ma anca par metarto intel pasticio coa bessiamea. Na volta gero slanguorio sicché son ndá torme na sbranchinea de costexine e le go fate ai feri. So sta bon bruxarle tute parché xero vanti ma le go magná istesso...bone che mai candalostia. Te cati anca piati fati tipo poenta col liore o gargati col ragú de arna, tuto spetacolare...desso vao farme meda ora de siclet che saró doxento chili a forsa de incoconarme.
