β β β β β Ecco uno degli ormai rari posti dove si fanno ancora i "salami di patate" vera specialitΓ canavesana. Sono salami poveri, con l'aggiunta appunto di patate. Da consumarsi freschi, e a temperatura ambiente, tirandoli fuori dal frigo un po' prima del consumo.
Here is one of the now rare places where "potato salami" is still a true Canavese specialty. They are poor salami, with the addition of potatoes. To be consumed fresh, and at room temperature, taking them out of the fridge a little before consumption.
