★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La macelleria Baggetto nasce per essere un luogo d'eccellenza... E direi che ci sono riusciti in pieno. Conosco questo negozio da alcune decine di anni e, se possibile, sono migliorati nel tempo. La base dell'attività è proprio quella della macelleria. In un lungo bancone refrigerato, la carne è esposta con maestria e professionalità. Sembra proprio che vi si possa trovare di tutto. Inoltre, alcune specialità preparate dalla casa sono in mostra per la vendita già pronte per la cottura. Un secondo bancone inoltre, offre specialità alternative tipiche della montagna. Così possiamo trovarvi del formaggio, della pasta fresca, della mostarda, dei salumi e piatti pronti della gastronomia locale.
I prezzi non sono mai bassi e qui le offerte di svendita non esistono. Tuttavia, penso di non sbagliare nel dire che non sono mai esagerati e rispecchiano la qualità ed il controvalore di quel che si compra.
 The Baggetto butcher was born to be a place of excellence ... And I would say that they have succeeded in full. I have known this shop for a few decades and, if possible, they have improved over time. The basis of the activity is precisely that of the butcher's shop. In a long refrigerated counter, the meat is displayed with skill and professionalism. It seems that everything can be found there. In addition, some home-made specialties are on display for sale ready-to-cook. A second counter also offers alternative specialties typical of the mountain. So we can find you some cheese, fresh pasta, mustard, cold cuts and ready meals of the local gastronomy.
Prices are never low and clearance offers don't exist here. However, I think I am not mistaken in saying that they are never exaggerated and reflect the quality and value of what you buy.

Prezzi nella media, ma prodotti di ottima qualità... ottimi anche i canederli ai funghi, allo speck, al formaggio ed altri... si può telefonare per prenotare un buon pollo allo spiedo.

Average prices, but excellent quality products ... also excellent dumplings with mushrooms, speck, cheese and others ... you can call to book a good chicken on the spit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eravamo a Fiera ci servivamo solo qui per carni e salumi. La qualità dei prodotti è ottima e così la cortesia del macellaio, sempre disponibile per i consiglio giusti. Ogni volta che facciamo ritorno a Fiera, la tappa è pressoché obbligata.
When we were in Fiera we only served here for meat and cold cuts. The quality of the products is excellent and so is the courtesy of the butcher, always available for the right advice. Every time we return to Fiera, the stop is almost obligatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si passavano le ferie estive qui a Fiera, il Baggetto era, ed è, una tappa fissa lungo la via principale del paese.
La Macelleria, che non è solo macelleria, offre le sue merci ai turisti e ai cittadini che approfittano delle prelibatezze, vedi canederli, e del reparto rosticceria (rigorosamente su prenotazione) disponibili.
Si consiglia un passaggio al bisogno, attirati dai profumi e dalle code in attesa.
Bel negozio e arredo montano...prezzi non proprio economici, ma ottima qualità.
We spent the summer holidays here in Fiera, the Baggetto was, and is, a fixed stop along the main street of the town.
The Butcher, which is not just a butcher, offers its goods to tourists and citizens who take advantage of the delicacies, see canederli, and the rotisserie department (strictly by reservation) available.
We recommend a passage when needed, attracted by the scents and waiting queues.
Nice shop and mountain furniture ... not exactly cheap prices, but excellent quality.
