A mio parere la base dell'oliva ripiena all'Ascolana ha un'ingrediente di base che non può mancare, ovvero, l'oliva tenera Ascolana e su questo ci siamo alla grande, se poi aggiungiamo anche la carne di produzione propria e la sapienza nella preparazione derivante dall 'esperienza della titolare e dei suoi familiari allora abbiamo il top. Ho apprezzato molto anche il profumo di limone nell' impasto che insieme all'oliva in salamoia lascia il palato fresco. Ci torno!!
