Come ho già detto al proprietario sono figlio di macellai da generazioni e di carne nella mia vita ne ho assaggiata moltissima. Credo che raramente si trovi una carne così buona. Abbiamo ordinato costolette di agnellone (davvero ottime) e una tagliata. Quest'ultima merita, era davvero eccezionale, cucinata in modo incredibile. Credo che sia la più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Il prezzo è giusto e proporzionato all'ottima qualità del prodotto.
 We happened upon here on a business trip. The location is very nice and tidy. As I said to the owner I have been the son of butchers for generations and I have tasted a lot of meat in my life. I think you rarely find such good meat. We ordered lamb chops (really good) and a tagliata. The latter deserves it, it was truly exceptional, cooked in an incredible way. I think it's the best I've ever eaten. The price is fair and proportionate to the excellent quality of the product.

A few kilometers from the entrance of Riesi You notice this very nice and well-kept place .. a guy who recommends me a cut of Angus will receive me! Well .. what to say really good! Highly recommended and excellent value for money
