Io dico se chiudi alle cinque devi servire fino alle cinque. Mi è capitato di arrivare alle quattro e quaranta e il ragazzo del reparto aveva già messo via quasi tutta la carne. E quando gliel'ho fatto notare, stizzito, si è rassegnato a servirmi. Io mi ricordo mio zio, macellaio di pellestrina (Ve) che ripuliva il negozio a serrande chiuse non si sarebbe mai permesso di fare sentire i clienti a disagio per delle cosce di pollo. Per fortuna che la carne è buona. I would have given 5 stars (for the kindness of the cashier and the guy from the cheese department) if it weren't for the butcher department. I say if you close at five you have to serve until five. I happened to arrive at four forty and the boy in the ward had already put away most of the meat. And when I pointed it out to him, angrily, he resigned himself to serving me. I remember my uncle, a butcher of pellestrina (Ve) who cleaned the shop with shutters closed, he would never allow himself to make customers feel uncomfortable about chicken legs.
