Mi ha letteralmente "impaccato" una macchinetta per capsule espresso point a 79.90 (per giunta in promozione) la "veronica", rivelatasi una ciofeca! Dopo poche erogazioni si bloccava, non usciva più caffè...... Per farla breve l'ho riportata al negozio, me l'hanno riparata(si fa per dire) 3 VOLTE, ho pagato anche 15 euro, con la rassicurazione che l'inconveniente non sarebbe più successo con la sostituzione di un pezzo(? ) dopo neanche 1 anno mi ritrovo con la TERZA macchinetta sostituita ma sempre difettosa..... Sono anche bugiardi, tant'è che una volta mi dissero che dovevo aspettare un bel po' per riaverla visto che sono molte le veroniche che vanno in assistenza per lo stesso motivo, un'altra invece mi dicono "è strano, lei è il primo cliente a lamentarsi di questa macchinetta" .... Questo significa agire in mala fede! Vorrei tanto tornare in negozio e sbattergliela in faccia...... My opinion on shop Caffè is definitely negative ..... He had to deal with a retailer to be canceled from my experience ....... He literally "packed" me an espresso point capsule machine at 79.90 ( in addition in promotion) the "veronica", turned out to be a ciofeca! After a few deliveries it stopped, no more coffee came out ... In short, I brought it back to the shop, they repaired it (so to speak) 3 TIMES, I also paid 15 euros, with the reassurance that the problem would no longer have happened with the replacement of a piece (?) after less than 1 year I find myself with the THIRD machine replaced but always defective ..... They are also liars, so much so that once they told me that I had to wait a long time to get it back since there are many veronics that go to assistance for the same reason, another one instead tell me "it's strange, you are the first customer to complain about this machine" .... This means acting in bad faith! I would love to go back to the shop and slam it in his face ...
