Il titolare é molto bravo e preparato, elenca i materiali e capisce le esigenze del cliente. Inoltre é molto simpatico e alla mano facendoti sentire a casa. Massimo Macchi é molto professionale. Consiglio a tutti il suo mobilificio.
Parking ample and convenient. Showroom large and comfortable. The shows furniture are quality. The price / quality ratio is good. The owner is very good and prepared, listing the materials and understand the customer's needs. It is also very sympathetic and hand making you feel at home. Massimo Macchi is very professional. Council to all his furniture factory.

Dopo un breve giro il venditore ci fa accomodare e ci chiede cosa ci sarebbe piaciuto avere in cucina, I colori, esigenze particolari... Ci diamo quindi appuntamento alla settimana successiva per vedere il disegno ma arrivati all'appuntamento scopriamo che si era totalmente dimenticato del nostro progetto e per di più aveva perso tutti gli appunti. Ci dice però che per farsi perdonare per il tempo perso ci avrebbe spedito tutto via mail. Attendiamo una settimana e non riceviamo nulla. Proviamo a sentirlo e ci assicura che lo avrebbe mandato il giorno successivo. Sono passate 2 settimane e stiamo ancora aspettando....
We went to this shop to get a quote. After a short tour the seller makes us sit down and asks us what we would have liked to have in the kitchen, the colors, special needs ... We then meet up the next week to see the drawing but when we get to the appointment we discover that he had totally forgotten of our project and moreover he had lost all his notes. But he tells us that to be forgiven for the lost time he would have sent us everything by email. We wait a week and receive nothing. Let's try to hear him and he assures us that he would send him the next day. 2 weeks have passed and we are still waiting ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabile su tempi di consegna, la scusante della pandemia è diventata ormai un pretesto per tutto. Un anno per non ricevere nulla e non avere certezze ed alla fine disdire per rivolgersi altrove.
