Evidentemente la signora non tiene conto che anche le altre persone lavorano. Suggerisco: chiudere le porte allo scattare delle ore 20, in modo tale che i clienti -paganti - non vengano a disturbare la signora per portarle i soldi che evidentemente non le servono per vivere, altrimenti non sarebbe così fastidioso per lei ricevere clienti. Altresì, aggiungo, che se la signora non ha voglia o necessità di lavorare, può tranquillamente chiudere il suo esercizio, in quanto non è l’unico negozio a Nocera Inferiore che vende caffè. Inoltre, sarebbe il caso di smettere di vendere caffè e sostituirlo con la camomilla. Al fine di non recare ulteriore disturbo alla signora, non mi recherò più al negozio ad acquistare. Approfittando dell'incontro con il suddetto amico, passo sempre in negozio per acquistare sia una fornitura casalinga, sia per l'ufficio. Da allora anche dei colleghi, dopo aver provato alcuni dei vostri prodotti, appena sanno di una mia venuta a Nocera, i fanno la loro personale lista della spesa: cialde blu, cialde oro, bicchierini wafer al cioccolato, cucchiaini di pasta frolla e naturalmente kit. Vorrei fortemente sottolineare la gentile addetta alla vendita, simpatica vostra collaboratrice dai vispi capelli rossi, che sempre alle mie forse ripetute domande inerenti alle tipologie dei vostri prodotti, mostra sempre la sua cortese disponibilità e professionalità nel porsi verso i clienti, cosa rara di questi tempi. E’ raro che quando entro in un negozio mi trattengo più del tempo strettamente necessario per l’acquisto, ma quando non ci sono altri clienti volentieri scambio due chiacchiere con la simpaticissima signora dai capelli rossi. Oltre ad essere molto brava nel consigliare i prodotti, è anche molto paziente soprattutto con me che ogni volta dimentico chi è l’intestatario della fidelity. È bello e piacevole entrare in un negozio dove il personale è professionale e squisito, cosa non più frequente come una volta.
