★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per chiedere se erano disponibili dei tronchetti per il riscaldamento e mi hanno detto di passare a prenderli. Quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto che erano finiti, di ripassare e non sapevano quando sarebbero arrivati mi hanno proposto un'altra marca che costa il 50%in più. Male organizzati ed irrispettosi verso i clienti.
I phoned to ask if there were any logs available for heating and they told me to come and get them. When I arrived they told me they were finished, to come back and they didn't know when they would arrive they proposed another brand that costs 50% more. Badly organized and disrespectful to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto ampio e forse un po' incasinato, ma nel senso buono del termine, dove, chi come me ama questo tipo di negozi, si perde per ore alla ricerca dell'attrezzo perfetto.
Il personale e i proprietari sono competenti e molto seri: capisci subito che il prezzo di un un prodotto è quello e non varia a seconda della faccia del cliente come purtroppo succede in altri posti, molto bene!
Quest'anno ho preso da loro anche la lega da ardere e per ora sono molto contento del trattamento, aggiornerò la recensione appena mi arriverà.
