★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma devo mettere una stella solo perché non se ne possono mettere di meno.. Per un problema con lo schermo (rivestimento anti riflesso danneggiato e schermo in parte andato a nero al minimo urto) mi sono sentito dire dalla segretaria che tale problema non sarebbe rientrato nei criteri di rimborsabilità e che mi sarebbe toccato pagare 700 euro (!) per la sostituzione..la stessa si è cimentata anche in una sorta di perizia balistica sui generis per tentare di dimostrare come a suo avviso la rottura dello schermo fosse dovuta ad una mia imperizia nella chiusura dello stesso su di un oggetto...Detto questo sono uscito per recarmi al centro specializzato più vicino, dove si sono messi in contatto con l'azienda che dopo 3 giorni ha riconosciuto il danno con sostituzione di schermo gratuita..Senza contare che se avessi dovuto pagare mi avrebbero comunque fatto pagare 200 euro in meno...Ovviamente è un giudizio basato solo su una mia esperienza negativa quindi prendetelo per quello che è..
I'm sorry but I have to put a star just because you can't wear less .. For a problem with the screen (anti-glare coating damaged and screen partially black at the slightest shock) I heard from the secretary that this problem is not it would have been included in the reimbursement criteria and that I would have had to pay 700 euros (!) for the replacement ... the same also tried out a sort of sui generis ballistic expertise to try to demonstrate how in her opinion the breakage of the screen was due to one of my inexperience in closing it on an object ...
