Da un marchio di Makeup come Mac non mi aspettavo commesse inesperte che vendono colori di fondotinta sbagliati! ma vere truccatrici, come negli altri mac store in Italia.. peccato il negozio è molto carino ma l'assistenza di vendita è scarsa Negative experience .. I cosmetici così come i pennelli e le creme sono di ottima qualità. Finalmente anche a Taranto un negozio serio dove rapporto qualità e prezzo hanno un giusto equilibrio. Beautiful experience, fantastic shop but even more so are the make-up artists who follow you and recommend the most suitable products for the type of skin. The cosmetics as well as the brushes and creams are of excellent quality. Finally also in Taranto a serious shop where quality and price ratio have the right balance.

Le commesse educate, attente all esigenze della cliente. Personalmente sono stata seguita da una truccatrice che mi ha consigliata e fatto anche provare i prodotti anche consentendoci l applicazione dopo la sua dimostrazione. Ho trovato grande professionalità in lei. Mi trovo benissimo con i prodotti acquistati. Consiglio vivamente questo store. I was in the Taranto store close to the New Year. I found a relaxed, well organized and very captivating display of products. Polite orders, attentive to customer needs. Personally, I was followed by a make-up artist who recommended me and even tried the products, also allowing us to apply them after the demonstration. I found great professionalism in her. I am very happy with the products purchased. I highly recommend this store.

Si può entrare senza anche non comprare nulla e si viene accolti con calore e preparazione e se ne esce con un mucchio di consigli. Per dirla alla Oudry Hepburn in Colazione da Tiffany "sono semplicemente meravigliosi". Ringrazio vivente la Store Manager Nadia sempre così gentile, specie a telefono quando faccio le mie ordinazioni, che mi ha fatto innamorare di questo brand, per me nuovo, a cui mi sto a piano a piano convertendo a partire dai pennelli che sto collezionando e che lei, con grande amore e dedizione per il suo lavoro, sa sapientemente consigliarmi. I risultati semplicemente eccellenti specie per la mia pelle chiara e delicata. Oggi ho acquistato una palet nude che non vedo l'ora di usare ❤️❤️❤️❤️. In particolare nel negozio di Taranto sono sempre state in grado di assecondare ogni mia esigenza, anche quando ho dovuto acquistare dei regali o fare una prova trucco. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di attesa, sono sempre stata servita al massimo in una decina di minuti (esperienza durante il periodo natalizio- negozio appena aperto). Ho messo 4 stelle solo perché aspetto di provare anche altri prodotti! As for waiting times, I have always been served in a maximum of ten minutes (experience during the Christmas period - shop just opened). I put 4 stars only because I am waiting to try other products too!

Ero entrato in negozio con l'idea di comprare un rossetto, ne sono uscito con un primer ed una cipria. Merito della scelta va sicuramente alla Store Manager Nadia che attraverso una foto mi ha saputo consigliare sulla tonalità più adatta al viso di mia moglie. Consigliatissimo!!! I had entered the shop with the idea of buying a lipstick, I came out with a primer and a face powder.
