★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un preventivo di 1600€ per sostituzione centralina cambio automatico e cambio olio (concordato solo se funzionante dopo il cambio centralina) non risolvendo il problema con la macchina che avrebbe dovuto tornare a casa in CARRO ATTREZZI, pretendevano il pagamento dell'intera somma preventivata (con cambio olio) senza lasciarci prendere la nostra auto. Siamo dovuti intervenire con le forze dell'ordine che hanno obbligato il personale della Ma-Ber auto S.r.l a farci pagare 1100€ per la sostituzione della centralina (nonostante il mezzo ancora non funzionasse) per ritirare il nostro automezzo. Poco professionali a partire dal responsabile e dal proprietario personale incompetente esperienza orribile sconsigliabili.
After an estimate of € 1600 for the replacement of the automatic gearbox and oil change (agreed only if working after the control unit change), not solving the problem with the car that should have returned home in the TOOL TRUCK, they demanded payment of the entire budgeted sum ( with oil change) without letting us take our car. We had to intervene with the police who forced the staff of Ma-Ber auto S.r.l to charge us € 1100 for the replacement of the control unit (although the vehicle still did not work) to collect our vehicle. Unprofessional starting from manager and owner incompetent staff horrible experience inadvisable.
