LA SERIETA' SI VEDE ANCHE DALLA PUNTUALITA' cari signori, come voi lavoro pure io e per aspettarvi mi ero preso un permesso di un'ora...Salutiii ...mi rivolgerò ad un altro!!! SERIOUSNESS ALSO SEEN FROM PUNCTUALITY dear gentlemen, as I work as well and to expect I had taken an hour's permit ... Greetings ... I will turn to another !!!

M	Mec Pex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono davvero molto dispiaciuto di dare una valutazione del genere, tuttavia, dopo 14 mesi di attesa rispetto a dei piccoli lavori di chiusura di un precedente lavoro grosso, non posso esimermi. Il personale in ufficio é molto gentile e competente. I lavori fatti sono stati buoni, tuttavia alla richiesta di definire alcuni, economicamente e lavorativamente irrilevanti dettagli, sono spariti. Hanno preso le misure dei lavori da fare 2 volte ( i medesimi - 1 tenda in aggiunta ad una precedentemente fatta - due copri porta abiti e due bastoni per chiudere le tende che avevano realizzato e si erano dimenticati di portare e montare), ci hanno rassicurato piú volte sulla realizzazione ma......niente da fare...sono passati 14 mesi. Purtroppo non credo sia la prima volta che accade perché dei miei conoscenti, prima che accadesse a me, mi avevano raccontato di una loro esperienza che ricalca perfettamente la mia, ovvero l'abbandono totale sull'assistenza post vendita e sulla realizzazione e chiusura di lavori iniziati e mai finiti. I am really very sorry to give such an assessment, however, after 14 months of waiting compared to small jobs to close a previous big job, I can't do without. The office staff is very kind and competent. The work done was good, but the request to define some, economically and workably irrelevant details, disappeared. They took the measures of the work to do 2 times (the same - 1 tent in addition to a previously made - two garment covers and two sticks to close the curtains they had made and they had forgotten to bring and mount), they reassured us several times on the realization but ...... nothing to do ... 14 months have passed. Unfortunately I don't think it's the first time that happens because of my acquaintances, before it happened to me, they had told me of their experience that perfectly follows mine, or the total abandonment of after-sales assistance and the realization and closure of works started and never finished.
