I ordered some flowers which unfortunately were delivered at the time and in the place not agreed ... the bouquet is very beautiful but the rest deserves neither the delivery nor the quite high price

The bouquet is very beautiful, really. The shop is also gorgeous. But it DOES NOT EXIST that in. 2018 a shop like this has neither pos nor card. I'm sorry, because the flowers are beautiful, but I won't set foot in them again.

Ma pessimo approccio al cliente, sono entrata più di una volta e il proprietario spesso nemmeno ti guarda in faccia e a malapena ti saluta, per non parlare del modo sgarbato a cui risponde ad ogni domanda
Non pretendo tappeti rossi ma il minimo dell'educazione.
Probabilmente esistono clienti di serie A e di serie B.
Non credo entrerò mai più.
Excellent flower quality. indisputably.
But bad customer approach, I've walked in more than once and the owner often doesn't even look you in the face and barely greets you, not to mention the rude way he answers every question
I do not expect red carpets but the minimum of education.
