Unreliable, peasants are rude, they were wrong to fill in the ISEE form, it is RDC made by them and never transmitted to the INPS. They are worth less than 0.

Abbiamo portato i documenti per ISEE e 730 a maggio, ad oggi (31 agosto) ci viene detto che mancano dei certificati e che loro non sono tenuti a controllare. Da premettere che nel corso di questi mesi siamo passati più volte. Sconsigliatissimo.... se avessi potuto non avrei messo nemmeno una stella. Cambiate mestiere se non siete capaci a rapportarvi con le persone. Bad service, incompetent and very rude staff. We brought the documents for ISEE and 730 in May, to date (31 August) we are told that there are no certificates and that they are not required to check. It should be noted that in the course of these months we have passed several times. Not recommended .... if I could I would not have put even a star. Change jobs if you are unable to relate to people.

Il numero di telefono risulta non attivo da luglio, se rispondono alle telefonate è un miracolo e sono anche scocciati nel farlo. Incompetent and rude. 730 documentation delivered in June and no news yet! The phone number has been inactive since July, if they answer the phone calls it is a miracle and they are also annoyed to do so.

Contattati a metà luglio, ci comunicano che sarebbe stato pronto entro pochi giorni. Siamo ad agosto inoltrato, ancora nessuna notizia; inoltre, il telefono risulta sempre staccato. Andremo a chiarire di persona. Totalmente menefreghisti ed irrispettosi. Bad. The documentation for 730 was delivered at the end of June, payment made immediately, and no news on the file.
