Il montaggio è avvenuto a regola d'arte, con estrema cortesia e professionalità. A fine lavori hanno anche ripulito perfettamente l'ambiente da materiale vario. Consiglio vivamente. I just bought and had a folding door fitted for our living room. M&M were punctual and very professional. The assembly was done in a workmanlike manner, with extreme courtesy and professionalism. At the end of the works they also perfectly cleaned the environment of various materials. I highly recommend.

Ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine (compresa telefonata di cortesia il giorno dopo il montaggio per verificare che fosse andato tutto bene) la progettazione ed installazione della ringhiera. Ha fornito sia a noi che al montatore tutte le informazioni necessarie ad un montaggio impeccabile. Il montatore è stato molto preciso e non ha lavorato frettolosamente. Soddisfatta ;-) Very serious and professional company, we were looked after by Raffaella who was very competent! He followed the design and installation of the railing from start to finish (including a courtesy call the day after assembly to check that everything went well). He provided both us and the fitter with all the information necessary for flawless editing. The editor was very precise and did not work hastily. Satisfied ;-)

Capitano i disguidi, ma poi ci si palesa per scusarsi, questo a mio avviso è sinonimo di serietà e professionalità. Chi li ha più rivisiti e sentiti! vi riscrivo dopo la vostra risposta. Non risulto vostra cliente perché nonostante l’appuntamento preso non siete venuti ad eseguire il lavoro, mi sarebbe piaciuto diventarla, ma non è stato possibile e non per colpa mia. Ho chiamato ben due volte in quel pomeriggio per capire cosa fosse successo e per chiedervi se vi avrei dovuta aspettare a casa, tra l’altro organizzandomi perché ho due bimbi. Mi ha risposto un vostro addetto dicendomi che mi avrebbe fatto sapere in una decina di minuti , ma poi il silenzio più totale. Ripeto, mi sarei aspettata una chiamata di scuse o spiegazioni perché può succedere a chiunque un disguido, ma non ho ricevuto proprio nulla. Sono stata costretta a trovare un altro falegname, disponibile, professionale e corretto, meglio così direi peccato che ho sprecato tempo nell’attendere. Spero questa mia possa servirvi per non ripetere l’errore con altri possibili clienti. Apparently nice, but they punched up an appointment without bothering to call back or apologize after they let me stay inside an afternoon at home waiting for them. Mistakes happen, but then we show up to apologize, this in my opinion is synonymous with seriousness and professionalism. Who has revisited and heard them the most! I will rewrite you after your reply. I am not your client because despite the appointment you made you did not come to do the work, I would have liked to become one, but it was not possible and it was not my fault. I called twice that afternoon to find out what had happened and to ask you if I should have waited for you at home, among other things organizing me because I have two children. One of your employees replied, telling me that he would let me know in about ten minutes, but then total silence. Again, I would have expected a call of apology or explanation because a mistake can happen to anyone, but I have not received anything. I was forced to find another carpenter, available, professional and correct, better so I would say it is a pity that I wasted time waiting. Da parte di tutto lo staff abbiamo riscontrato serietà e competenza. Hanno saputo anche consigliare, dandoci prova ulteriore che non sono "solo per vendere". Durante i lavori il Dott. Mauro Maltagliati si accertava che tutto proseguisse bene, sia di persona sia con una telefonata. I posatori educati, ordinati e assolutamente precisi!
