I am a doctor and I needed to have a pack of quick swabs always available and close at hand. Searching online, this company jumped into the first results and I was impressed with how quickly my order was processed. Parcel arrived earlier than expected, respectable quick swab kit. Company absolutely recommended.

C'è stato un problema iniziale di sdoganamento e corrieri evidentemente oberati di lavoro, ma l'assistenza di MM Biotech ha risolto tempestivamente la situazione.
Complimenti allo staff (ed a Ivano che mi ha seguito tutto il tempo tramite mail).

After a bit of delay (through no fault of the aforementioned company) we completed the purchase of 25 tampons arrived in no time.
There was an initial problem with customs clearance and obviously overworked couriers, but the assistance of MM Biotech promptly resolved the situation.
Congratulations to the staff (and to Ivano who followed me all the time by email).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato e dopo 5 giorni lavorativi, nemmeno ti rispondono alle varie richieste di aggiornamento dell’ordine. Siamo al 4 di gennaio 2022 ed ancora devo ricevere l’ordine. Ho ricevuto un numero di spedizione che però non risulta da nessuna parte. Ho scritto altre email ma senza esito. L’ordine è stato completato il 21 dicembre 2021
Order placed and after 5 working days, they do not even respond to the various requests to update the order. We are on January 4, 2022 and I still have to receive the order. I received a tracking number but it is nowhere to be found. I have written other emails but to no avail. The order was completed on 21 December 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare 5 stelle perchè non sono stati rispettati i tempi di consegna previsti, tuttavia l'azienda è stata puntuale nell'assistenza e hanno modificato indirizzo di consegna in maniera precisa. Il materiale è arrivato a destinazione in ottime condizioni.
Spiace quindi solo per le tempistiche, altrimenti il giudizio sarebbe stato superiore.
I cannot give 5 stars because the expected delivery times were not respected, however the company was punctual in providing assistance and they changed the delivery address in a precise manner. The material arrived at its destination in excellent condition.
So sorry only for the timing, otherwise the judgment would have been superior.

Vi dico solo due cose, pacco buttato oltre il cancello, meno male che non stava piovendo, e conferma di consegna falsa, adducendo la firma del nostro responsabile, che non era nemmeno in ufficio.
Considerando il tipo di prodotto consegnato, qualche attenzione aggiuntiva è d'obbligo.
