★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio di andarci. Mi hanno rovinato i capelli, ce li ho ricci, crespi e secchi rispetto a prima che ce li avevo morbidi. Sono pure andata in farmacia per trovare prodotti che me li sistemassero. Non rimborsano nemmeno. Pessimo servizio.
I do not recommend going there. They ruined my hair, I have it curly, frizzy and dry compared to before I had it soft. I also went to the pharmacy to find products that would fix them for me. They don't even refund. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sconsiglio vivamente, sono andata a fare un trattamento per rendere i capelli lisci e alla fine non é cambiato assolutamente niente, ci avevano promesso che dopo averlo fatto avremmo avuto i capelli lisci per 5/6 mesi e alla fine neanche 2 giorni, quando siamo tornati per chiedere spiegazioni ci hanno detto di non aver mai detto che sarebbero diventati lisci. Neanche rimborsano.
I strongly advise against it, I went for a treatment to make the hair straight and in the end absolutely nothing changed, they promised us that after doing it we would have straight hair for 5/6 months and in the end not even 2 days, when we are came back to ask for explanations they told us they never said they would go smooth. They don't even reimburse.
