Mai più mi rivolgerò a loro, nonché sconsiglio vivamente perché non solo agiscono di testa loro ma ti fanno pagare pure l'aria che respirano mentre lavorano. IMPIANTI per effettuare l'intervento tecnico di installazione. Ho sin da subito molto apprezzato la competenza del personale della Ditta M.G. IMPIANTI che ha risposto al telefono dandomi tutte le indicazioni necessarie con assoluta educazione, prontezza e trasparenza, fissando un appuntamento nel più breve tempo possibile. Competenza confermata il giorno del montaggio dell'impianto di climatizzazione dove la squadra dei tecnici della ditta M.G. IMPIANTI si è presentata con la massima puntualità ed ha eseguito i lavori a regola d'arte (senza alcuna sbavatura), nella modalità migliore che la disposizione della mia abitazione richiedeva, operando in piena autonomia, assoluta sicurezza e nel pieno rispetto delle tempistiche nonostante le temperature proibitive e qualche problema riscontrato in fase di montaggio che sono riusciti a risolvere brillantemente. IMPIANTI who answered the phone giving me all the necessary information with absolute education, promptness and transparency, making an appointment as soon as possible. Expertise confirmed on the day of assembly of the air conditioning system where the team of technicians of the company M.G. IMPIANTI presented itself with the utmost punctuality and carried out the work in a workmanlike manner (without any smudging), in the best way that the layout of my home required, operating in full autonomy, absolute safety and in full compliance with the deadlines despite the prohibitive temperatures and some problems encountered in the assembly phase that they managed to solve brilliantly. Ultimately it was an absolutely positive experience. I highly recommend contacting the M.G. INSTALLATIONS.

Più volte quando rispondevano al telefono mi chiedevano se era un sopralluogo per cambiare i condizionatori o altro ed alla mia risposta di riparazione degli esistenti mi rispondevano snervati dicendomi di chiamare un altro giorno. Il mercoledì chiamo per verificare e mi accorgo che non avevano neanche scritto l'appuntamento. Rifissiamo per venerdì 16/07 alle 15.30. Chiedo permesso al lavoro per stare a casa e ed alle 16 ancora nessuno. Richiamo e non sapevano neanche che l'appuntamento fosse per oggi. Attendo fino alle 16.30 e li chiamo nuovamente per disdire l'appuntamento. Al che mi dicono che sta arrivando il tecnico... Guarda caso.... Ho preferito annullare. Nse questo è il vostro servizio assistenza e la vostra puntualità (che ci può stare se avete a che fare con i disagi della gente ma non avvisare nessuno....) vi consiglio di cambiare mestiere o investire in professionalità non solo tecnica ma di gestione degli appuntamenti. La puntualità è la cortesia in fase di accoglienza clienti e gestione delle problematiche prima dell'incontro fisico è fondamentale. Nulla da dire sulla manodopera perché non ho avuto il piacere e mai lo avrò visti i presupposti mi dispiace, forse saranno i tecnici migliori al mondo ma non serve se non vi è serietà. Mi sono fidato dei cartelloni pubblicitari affissi in tutto il paese e michiedo perché spendere soldi se non volete poi guadagnarli? ? I recommend that you change jobs or invest in professionalism not only technical but management appointments. Punctuality and courtesy when welcoming customers and managing problems before the physical meeting is essential. Nothing to say about the manpower because I have not had the pleasure and I will never have seen the conditions I'm sorry, maybe they will be the best technicians in the world but there is no need if there is no seriousness. Giuseppe il titolare sempre molto disponibile che può contare su una squadra affidabile. Avevo urgenza di installare un condizionatore, ma visto il periodo (luglio) ed i 40º ovviamente c’era da aspettare un po’. Giuseppe e i suoi ragazzi mi hanno accontentato in 2gg, per non parlare della messa in opera del lavoro…professionali, rispettosi del cliente e dei condomini vicini, ed una accuratezza nel non lasciare nessuna traccia di sporco e materiale di scarto per casa. Grazie MG impianti!!! Now when I contact them it's safe ... company based on seriousness and professionalism. This is the third time in a short time that I have entrusted myself to them. Giuseppe the owner always very helpful who can count on a reliable team.
