★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato Venerdì scorso per un colloquio di lavoro durante il quale si sono presentati come come Selma Srl; mi è stato detto che era una società che lavorava per conto terzi (in questo caso per Eni) e che la figura ricercata era di un operatore di ufficio che rispondesse alle chiamate o alle richieste in chat dei clienti e che ne avrebbe soddisfatto le richieste tramite tablet o pc ;
infatti, proprio per questo, mi è stato chiesto se sapevo usare Excel o Word.
Alla mia domanda se fosse stato lavoro di porta a porta mi è stato risposto di no.
Ci siamo dati appuntamento per questa mattina alle 8.30 per il giorno di prova.
Siamo saliti alle 8.40 (eravamo in tre) e ci hanno fatto stare 20 minuti in una stanzetta con musica ad alto volume. E qui già ho avuto il sentore che qualcosa non andasse.
Abbiamo firmato un foglio nel quale si dichiarava che il giorno di prova non vincolava la società ad assumere e proprio allora ho scoperto la vera intestazione dell'azienda : Mg Company; diversa dalla Selma srl con la quale si erano presentati.
Ho mandato un messaggio a mia moglie per cercare informazioni su questa società e non mi ha dato buone notizie.
Però, già che stavo li, ho voluto dare il beneficio del dubbio.
Sono stato in affiancamento ad un ragazzo di 30 anni più giovane di me (ma non è questo il problema);
all'inizio cordialissimo.
Appena siamo usciti dall'ufficio gli ho chiaramente detto che se il lavoro fosse stato porta a porta non sarei stato interessato.
Risposta : " no no...non è porta a porta, poi vedrai"
Dopo essere usciti dal primo condominio gli ho detto : "allora è porta a porta".
Risposta : "non è come pensi tu".
Al secondo condominio sono andato via e lui, mettendo da parte tutta la cordialità, mi ha risposto che non gli importava niente perchè lui il lavoro ce l'aveva.
Gli ho risposto di tenerselo stretto!!!
Praticamente il lavoro consisteva nel suonare a tutti gli appartamenti e chiedere se interessava l'adeguamento Eni in bolletta.
Questa la mia esperienza alla Mg Company di Civitavecchia

We made an appointment for this morning at 8.30 for the test day.
We went up at 8.40 (there were three of us) and they made us stay 20 minutes in a small room with loud music. And here I already had the feeling that something was wrong.
We signed a sheet stating that the trial day did not bind the company to hire and just then I discovered the real company name: Mg Company; different from the Selma srl with which they had presented themselves.
I texted my wife to look up information on this company and she didn't give me any good news.
However, while I was there, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt.
I was working alongside a boy 30 years younger than me (but this is not the problem);
at the beginning very cordial.
As soon as we left the office I clearly told him that if the work was door-to-door I wouldn't be interested.
Answer: "no no ... it's not door to door, then you'll see"
After leaving the first building I said to him: "then it's door to door".
Answer: "it's not what you think".
At the second condominium I left and he, putting aside all his friendliness, replied that he didn't care because he had the job.
I told him to keep it tight !!!
Practically the job consisted in ringing all the apartments and asking if Eni was interested in adjusting the bill.
This is my experience at the Mg Company of Civitavecchia
