Con il nostro laser TRUMPF Trulaser 3030 fiber siamo in grado di tagliare con un ottima velocità, precisione e senza sbavature una svariata tipologia di metalli con dimensioni massime di 3000x1500: INOX (fino a 15mm), FERRO (fino a 20mm), ZINCATO (fino a 5mm), ALLUMINATO (fino a 5mm),ALLUMINIO (fino a 12mm),RAME (fino a 6mm), OTTONE (fino a 6mm). Il nostro impianto è inoltre equipaggiato con carico e scarico della lamiera cosi da poter lavorare in autonomia anche senza la presenza dell’operatore.
Siamo in grado di fornire il più completo servizio di calandratura e disponiamo attualmente di macchinari di ultima generazione che lavorano su 4 rulli. Attualmente è la soluzione tecnica più avanzate che garantisce assoluta precisione ma anche estrema versatilità nella curvatura a freddo della lamiera.
Possiamo contare su piegatrici da 3 metri di campo lavoro e 50 metri di utensili con attrezzaggio automatico e non, così da ridurre al minimo i tempi di inattività ed essere efficienti anche nelle piccole serie.

With our TRUMPF Trulaser 3030 fiber laser we are able to cut a wide range of metals with a maximum speed of 3000x1500: INOX (up to 15mm), IRON (up to 20mm), ZINC-PLATED (up to 25mm) at 5mm), ALUMINUM (up to 5mm), ALUMINUM (up to 12mm), COPPER (up to 6mm), BRASS (up to 6mm). Our system is also equipped with sheet loading and unloading so that it can work independently even without the presence of the operator.
We are able to provide the most complete calendering service and we currently have the latest machinery working on 4 rollers. Currently it is the most advanced technical solution that guarantees absolute precision but also extreme versatility in the cold bending of sheet metal.
We can count on bending machines with 3 meters of work field and 50 meters of tools with automatic and non-automatic tooling, so as to minimize downtime and be efficient even in small series.
