Questa macelleria si presenta come un esempio di qualità della carne, igiene del banco, professionalità del personale.
La salsiccia magra equina riesce a combinare sapore, delicatezza, e attenzione verso coloro che non possono, o non vogliono, eccedere con i grassi.
Il titolare è molto disponibile, attento alla clientela, cortese ed educato.
