★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo dei buoni regalo ma non pensavo mi venisse proposto di pagare in contanti, senza nessuna ricevuta che garantiva il mio acquisto e dandomi 2 semplici bigliettini di carta con su scritto solo il nome della persona che avrebbe usufruito del buono e la data di scadenza. La commessa per " ricordarsi " questo, si segnava su un pezzo di carta le stesse informazioni e con l'ammontare del buono.
io: ma lo scontrino non me lo fa?
Commessa: no, lo facciamo, quando la persona viene a usare il buono.
io: e che garanzie ho? E se perdete il pezzo di carta? Come faccio ad essere sicuro che la persona che viene ad usare il buono usufruisce di quanto ho pagato?
Comessa: la mia capa ha detto che posso fare solo questo.
io: non è legale. No grazie, riprendo i soldi.
I wanted gift vouchers but I didn't think I was offered to pay in cash, without any receipt that guaranteed my purchase and giving me 2 simple paper notes with only the name of the person who would have used the voucher and the expiry date written on it. To "remember" this, the shop assistant wrote down the same information and the amount of the voucher on a piece of paper.
me: but the receipt does not give me?
Saleswoman: no, we do, when the person comes to use the coupon.
me: and what guarantees do i have? What if you lose the piece of paper? How can I be sure that the person who comes to use the voucher gets what I paid?
Saleswoman: My boss said I can only do this.
me: it's not legal. No thanks, I'll get the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata per un'informazione e sono uscita con tre prodotti. La consulente Cristina, non si è limitata a consigliarmi i prodotti ma mi ha anche spiegato passo dopo passo come usarli. Ogni volta che ho acquistato un cosmetico non mi sono sentita del tutto sicura dell'acquisto ma stavolta è stato diverso. Sto usando i prodotti e sono esattamente quello che volevo. Ottima esperienza d'acquisto e Cristina è davvero competente.
I went in for information and went out with three products. The consultant Cristina did not just recommend the products but also explained me step by step how to use them. Every time I bought a cosmetic I didn't feel completely sure about the purchase but this time it was different. I am using the products and they are exactly what I wanted. Great shopping experience and Cristina is really competent.
