Ho risolto benissimo un fastidioso problema a un ginocchio grazie alla professionalità dei fisioterapisti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Kindness to both physiotherapists and secretarial staff. I solved an annoying knee problem very well thanks to the professionalism of the physiotherapists. I highly recommend it.

Gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità di tutto lo staff dai fisioterapisti alla segreteria, sempre sorridenti e gentili. Tempi biblici prima di poter pianificare una terapia (e intanto ritirano la ricetta ASL). Chi prende le prenotazioni la mattina non sa quello che fa chi le prende il pomeriggio e viceversa. Assolutamente incuranti delle esigenze del paziente nonostante gli si venga incontro il più possibile incastrando le varie esigenze lavorative. Non solo, non riuscendo a far fare tutte le prestazioni cercano di far credere al paziente che ha usufruito di prestazioni mai effettuate...e intanto la ricetta ASL scade per le loro mancanze e ritardi. Un suggerimento per chi li contatterà in futuro: non uscite da lì senza una programmazione puntuale di tutte le terapie altrimenti rischiate di dover rifare la fila dal dottore. Da parte mia con me hanno chiuso. They are good professionals, but they are very disorganized for the management of appointments. A suggestion for those who will contact them in the future: do not leave there without a timely planning of all the therapies otherwise you risk having to re-queue at the doctor. For my part, they are done with me.
