Uno può essere un'artista in qualsiasi cosa faccia, l'arte di Mauro è la bicicletta. quando una bici sale sul suo cavalletto, gli altri corrono solo per il secondo posto,non ce n'è per nessuno "classe pura".

Acquistare "on-line" implica doversi fidare del venditore, delle sue parole . Il contatto telefonico con Mauro aveva già azzerato tutte le "paure". Prima di tutto la simpatia e la disponibilità. Accompagnate dalla professionalità e la precisione nel fornire dettagli e consigli. Ad avercene professionisti così! A causa di un mio problema mi è stato consigliato dal medico di fare passeggiate in bici e non essendo allenata ho deciso di acquistare una city-bike elettrica. Sono stata in 3 negozi anche apparentemente più "grandi" ma la grandezza di Liberty è stata che è stato l'unico punto vendita che oltre ad ascoltare le mie esigenze mi ha spiegato in termini tecnici cosa fosse una bicicletta elettrica e soprattutto mi ha fatto provare la bicicletta senza impegno, dicendo che era importante che mi trovassi bene e ne potessi apprezzare la versatilità e la semplicità (pensare che in un altro negozio mi volevano vendere una e-bike solo da catalogo, senza neanche vederla dal vero!) Liberty è un vero esempio di professionalità e garanzia nell'acquisto.

Costumer service is not the best, from the moment I arrived it seems that I cause a inconvenience I make sure to see the opening hours of the store and I was on time, I thought for a moment that I had entered at the wrong time due to the reaction that the people of the place had, i waited to be attended and because Im a foreigner that is studying Italian I indicate that, I explain that I am studying Italian and that I would try my best to explain what I needed, a young girl was the only kind person in that place who showed empathy towards me by not speak perfect Italian, and tried to help me, a man who was there listening without saying a word went out to see the bicycle, when I tried to explain what I needed, he answered yes yes yes, he didn't let me finish what I wanted to explain, he took out a tool and adjusted the steering wheel that was broken and said, done!. I needed to know if it was possible to change the brakes and I needed to raise the seat that was very low, i thought this could be possible to have it done when you go to a bike store, can they help you with this? the attitude of the gentleman that while I explained what I needed he would not let me finish speaking and repeated several times it is not possible it is not possible later he said your bicycle is very old, nothing can be done you have to go slowly, brake with the front break only like this (he pressed the break) and that's it It is not possible, I asked if I should pay something for having adjusted the steering wheel and he told me no. It seemed that the only thing he wanted was for me to leave. I had read the reviews before going to this store and they were all very good, I was confident that it would be good to go to this bike store where you can ask for help or at least recieved an advised on what can be done or not, well not in my case. perhaps for the gentleman it was not a good day, even tho it was 9.30am it just started.. as a foreigner it is a shame to have experiences like this, my family in law are Italians I being in Italy before and is one of the most beautiful countries I have visited, if only some of its habitants were more friendly not only Italy would be better it could be a paradise.
