Por problemas laborales tuve que cancelar mi viaje con 5 semanas de antelación y el establecimiento no quiso devolverme la reserva. Hablé con ellos y fueron desagradables. Creo que como consumidor con 6 semanas de antelación al menos el 50 por ciento deberían devolverlo. No les deje tirados de un día para otros había margen para poder alquilar de nuevo esa habitación. ¡Indignante!
Make a reservation for this accommodation two and a half months in advance. Due to work problems I had to cancel my trip 5 weeks in advance and the establishment did not want to return my reservation. I talked to them and they were unpleasant. I think that as a consumer with at least 6 weeks' notice, at least 50 percent should return it. Do not leave them lying in one day for others there was room to rent that room again. Outrageous!
