★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questi sono i miei capi ritirati in tintoria e portati a casa in modalità appesa senza piegarli o appoggiarli in orizzontale. Anzi rimasi molto stupita quando la signora che mi consegnò i capi mi chiese se volessi metterli in una busta. La qualità della stiratura è evidentemente scarsa nelle camicie, per quanto riguarda i pantaloni credo non ci sia bisogno di commento. Le camicie sono state lavate a secco e sapevano di sporco (non ad acqua come da mia richiesta e come possibile da etichetta, in oltre il lino con il lavaggio ripetuto a secco ingiallisce il tessuto). È stato tutto da rilavare. Ritengo non sia accettabile consegnare dei capi così. Essendo la prima volta che provavo i servizi della lavanderia ho portato capi assolutamente non delicati, reputo che lo stesso trattamento su capi delicati e di pregio comporti danni irreversibili. Sicuramente la lavanderia ha un bellissimo negozio, moderno e curato, all’apparenza un ottimo impatto, un bel sito web. Servizio di sms dove avvisano quando i capi sono pronti per il ritiro o propongono offerte e iniziative per i clienti. I prezzi sono assolutamente nella norma.
These are my garments collected in the dry cleaners and brought home in hanging mode without folding or placing them horizontally. On the contrary, I was very surprised when the lady who gave me the clothes asked me if I wanted to put them in an envelope. The quality of the ironing is evidently poor in the shirts, as far as the trousers are concerned, I think there is no need for comment. The shirts were dry cleaned and tasted dirty (not water as per my request and as possible from the label, in addition the linen with repeated dry cleaning makes the fabric yellow). It was all to be re-washed. I think it is not acceptable to deliver items like this. Being the first time I tried the laundry services, I brought absolutely not delicate garments, I believe that the same treatment on delicate and valuable garments causes irreversible damage. Surely the laundry has a beautiful shop, modern and well-kept, apparently a great impact, a nice website. SMS service where they notify when the garments are ready for collection or propose offers and initiatives for customers. The prices are absolutely in the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair the lady didn’t speak a lot English so she was not able to explain properly that they still charge full price even if the stains don’t come off and the jumper shrinks.
So 16euros later, I have a little cleaner but smaller jumper.
It’s annoying as I specifically said don’t dry it, I can take it wet and let it dry slow at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandered in here while on holiday in Rome. Such amazingly presented location I honestly didn't think it was a Laundry place. Did an excellent job of getting some stains out of a nitted jumper. Friendly staff, great location, best Landry in the world. Genuinely gives the luxury experience at a reasonable price.
