Ho i capelli molto ricci e difficili da trattare, ma la proprietaria ed il suo team ci sono riusciti al meglio. Anche la piega liscia si è mantenuta perfettamente. Professionalism, cleanliness, passion and skill. The salon uses top quality products and since I have been attending my hair my hair has come back to life. I have very curly and hard to care for hair, but the owner and her team did it best. The smooth crease was also maintained perfectly.

La settimana scorsa ero in condizioni disastrose, un parrucchiere a Gennaio mi ha applicato delle extension che in teoria dovevano essere in cheratina ma in realta c'era altro.. IL SILICONE. Comunque, i miei capelli dopo tre mesi si stavano spezzando, mi sono rivolta presso il Salone di Francesca che con tantissima gentilezza e professionalità mi ha rassicurata e aiutata anche se il lavoro non l'aveva svolto lei!!! ci tengo a dire che nessuno si sarebbe preso la responsabilità di smontare un lavoro cosi fatto male con la possibilità di rovinare ulteriormente lo stato dei capelli. Di Gianluca che dire... una persona squisita, con il suo sorriso mi ha trasmesso una serenità che in quel momento vi assicuro che è stato un toccasana per me. Con tantissima pazienza e professionalità mi hanno tolto il silicone dalla testa e i miei capelli sono rinati!!! Good morning everyone, I really want to write this review as this salon has literally saved my hair ... Last week I was in disastrous conditions, a hairdresser in January applied some extensions that in theory had to be in keratin but in reality there was more .. SILICONE. Anyway, after three months my hair was breaking, I turned to Francesca's salon who reassured and helped me with a lot of kindness and professionalism even if she didn't do the job !!! I would like to say that no one would have taken the responsibility of disassembling a job so badly done with the possibility of further ruining the condition of the hair. What can I say about Gianluca ... an exquisite person, with his smile he sent me a serenity that at that moment I assure you that it was a cure-all for me. With a lot of patience and professionalism they removed the silicone from my head and my hair was reborn !!! I told you about my experience so that you can rely on real extension and color professionals and trust Francesca and Gianluca are among them. A thousand thanks !!!
