★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco l'assenza di personale per via della quarantena, è un periodo difficile, ma la signora mi ha fatto accomodare dicendomi di attendere un quarto d'ora, dopo mezz'ora invece ero ancora lì seduto per poi vedermi passare avanti da non uno, ma ben due bambini a cui aveva precedentemente detto di tornare più in là, causa per l'appunto, assenza di personale.
Considerato che con un taglio impiegano all'incirca mezz'ora ciascuno, avrei dovuto attendere quantomeno un'altra ora.
Organizzazione inaccettabile, mi spiace, ma non tornerò.
