Varie problematiche su ordini piastrelle. Piastrellista "cane" che ho dovuto correggere più volte. Basti pensare che stava montando metà greca al contrario. Non parliamo dei livelli del pavimento che ho dovuto far sistemare dal parquettista (preso altrove) così come delle rifiniture che proprio non sono riuscito a fare. Unica nota positiva la cortesia dell'impiegata che ha fatto il possibile per tamponare i disagi. L'opinione espressa è assolutamente personale ma i difetti di qualità ed istallazione sono visibili e documentabili.
Few but confused ideas.
Various issues on tile orders. "Dog" tiler that I had to correct several times. Just think that he was mounting half Greek in reverse. We are not talking about the levels of the floor that I had to have the parquet technician fix (taken from elsewhere) as well as the finishes that I just couldn't do. The only positive note was the courtesy of the employee who did everything possible to stop the inconvenience. The opinion expressed is absolutely personal but the quality and installation defects are visible and documentable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno e mezzo fa hanno montato le piastrelle galleggianti sul balcone. Poi in seguito all'utilizzo normale, una piastrella in un angolo si è rotta in quanto non aveva adeguati rinforzi. Lupia mi ha assicurato di venire a riparare la piastrella ma ad oggi, dopo avermi rassicurato non so più quante volte che sarebbero venuti a sistemarla, ancora non ho visto nessuno. Deluso.
A year and a half ago they mounted the floating tiles on the balcony. Then following normal use, a tile in one corner broke as it did not have adequate reinforcements. Lupia assured me to come and repair the tile but to date, after reassuring me I don't know how many times they would come to fix it, I still haven't seen anyone. Disappointed.
