m	moniquejothybub Lisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frequentato già prima della pandemia 2020. staff molto professionale, risultati di taglio (su tutte le lunghezze) e messe in piega ottimi anche x esperienza/stages pluriennali dello stesso. pulito e atmosfera piacevole. dopo la riapertura post lockdown 2020 subito attrezzato con dispositivi di pulizia ( disinfettante, termo-scanner, mantelline et attrezzature personali x singolo cliente, pulizia post uso cliente, etc). ottimo e di sicura soddisfazione. attended already before the 2020 pandemic. very professional staff, cutting results (on all lengths) and excellent styling also x multi-year experience / stages of the same. clean and pleasant atmosphere. after reopening post lockdown 2020 immediately equipped with cleaning devices (disinfectant, thermo-scanner, capes and personal equipment for each customer, cleaning after customer use, etc). excellent and of sure satisfaction.

Professionalita=0 Educazione=-1 Umanita=-10 Alle 9.30 vi ho chiesto se avevate posto e mi avete detto di tornare alle 11.30....a quell'ora siamo tornati. Mi avete detto che in circa un'ora potevo tornare a riprendere mia madre (quasi disabile). Alle 12.30 ancora doveva iniziare e a detta vostra neanche poteva aspettare ulteriormente perché "fuori tempo limite". Una donna di 80 anni....alla quale avete detto voi che poteva essere inserita in agenda. Era più professionale ed UMANO dire non abbiamo possibilità alle 9.30 e non prendere in giro una persona con difficoltà motorie di 80 anni per circa 4 ore. Poca educazione e nulla di rispetto. Avevo evitato di scrivere i motivi ......ma ve li meritate tutti. Unfortunately, zero stars cannot be added. Professionalism = 0 Education = -1 Humanity = -10 At 9.30 I asked you if you had room and you told me to come back at 11.30 .... at that time we returned. You told me that in about an hour I could go back to pick up my (almost disabled) mother. At 12.30 he still had to start and according to you he couldn't wait any longer because he was "out of time". An 80-year-old woman ... to whom you told yourself she could be put on the agenda. It was more professional and HUMAN to say we have no chance at 9.30 and not make fun of an 80 year old person with walking difficulties for about 4 hours. Little education and no respect. I had avoided writing the reasons ... but you deserve them all.
