Mi sono fatta incantare dai canederli tipici e ne ho preso di 3 tipologie più una mozzarella di bufala campana che a dir loro era freschissima. Ho pagato un’esagerazione, quasi l’equivalente di una spesa di due settimane per 6 canederli e la mozzarella da 250g. La mozzarella faceva schifo (sono meridionale e conosco i prodotti buoni) mentre i canederli erano letteralmente immangiabili…se volete provare dei canederli buoni non prendeteli li ma piuttosto ad un banale supermercato che sono di gran lunga migliori e almeno riuscite a mangiarli senza buttare via cena e soldi. Io non ci metterò mai più piede.
Don't waste your money.
I was enchanted by the typical dumplings and I took 3 types plus a buffalo mozzarella from Campania which, according to them, was very fresh. I paid an exaggeration, almost the equivalent of spending two weeks on 6 dumplings and the 250g mozzarella. The mozzarella was disgusting (I'm southern and I know good products) while the dumplings were literally inedible ... if you want to try good dumplings don't get them but rather at a banal supermarket which are far better and at least you can eat them without throwing away dinner and money. I will never set foot there again.
