X quella cifra andavo sicuramente in un posto migliore, almeno non dovevo saltare la colazione!!!! Mai più Nothing to say about the rooms, breakfast non-existent, so much so that they went to get the brioche at the bar, staff not very present, and at the time of the bill: 34 euros more on the agreed price. X that figure I definitely went to a better place, at least I didn't have to skip breakfast !!!! Never again
m	michele morandelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed and breakfast di nuova costruzione in quel di Borgo Valsugana. A 3 minuti dal centro e quindi in loco rilassante e privo di rumori molesti. La hall è ben strutturata, di piacevole fattura e di arredamento moderno e curato. Le stanze, da singole a matrimoniali molto belle, arredate ad arte, provviste di bagno, con stupenda piastrellatura a mosaico. Ottimo sul piano della pulizia, tutto pulito e privo di sporcizia. Durante il pernottamento ho conosciuto i proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili. Possono dare suggerimenti per i luoghi nei dintorni o dove poter pranzare. Al momento del check out la ragazza al banco ci ha trattati veramente bene. Grazie tutto lo staff del Lunar per l'esperienza. Ottimo posto, forse un po' esoso all'apparenza ma nel complesso ci può stare. Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni verso la scoperta della Valsugana. Consigliatissimo. Newly built bed and breakfast in Borgo Valsugana. 3 minutes from the center and therefore on site relaxing and free of disturbing noises. The hall is well structured, pleasantly made and with modern and refined furnishings. The rooms, from singles to doubles, are very beautiful, artfully furnished, equipped with a bathroom, with beautiful mosaic tiling. Excellent in terms of cleanliness, all clean and free of dirt. During the night I met the owners, very kind and helpful. They can make suggestions for places around or where to have lunch. Upon check out the girl at the counter treated us really well. Thanks all the Lunar staff for the experience. Great place, maybe a bit expensive in appearance but overall it can be. Excellent starting point for excursions to the discovery of Valsugana. Highly recommended.

Dopo aver pagato il conto mi hanno richiamato per dirmi che c'era un problema perché il prezzo pattuito era senza iva! ? Purtroppo è un trucchetto d'altri tempi che non ha funzionato... La colazione è stata un'esperienza unica e irripetibile (spero!) Pochissima roba e brioches secche, almeno del giorno prima e scaldate probabilmente con il microonde ?. Chicca finale la signora si è dimenticata di darci le chiavi per aprire la porta esterna e dopo cena verso le 23 siamo rimasti fuori! Per fortuna dopo 10 min è arrivata altra gente che ha interrotto il nostro tentativo di scassinamento ? visto che al telefono non rispondeva nessuno... New and well done structure, totally inadequate management. After paying the bill, they called me back to tell me there was a problem because the agreed price was without VAT! ? Unfortunately it is a trick of the past that did not work ... Breakfast was a unique and unrepeatable experience (I hope!) Very little stuff and dry croissants, at least from the day before and probably heated with the microwave ?. Final treat the lady forgot to give us the keys to open the external door and after dinner at around 11pm we were out! Fortunately, after 10 minutes other people arrived who interrupted our break-in attempt ? since no one answered on the phone ...

Colazione praticamente inesistente, bevande imbevibili. 2 asciugamani (unico per bidet e faccia), dopo 3 giorni ritirati e mai sostituiti. Abitudine (pessima) di tenere finestre e porte delle camere spalancate tutto il pomeriggio (a vista di chiunque) per "cambiare l'aria". E tanti altri piccoli particolari che denotano totale inesperienza nel trattamento del cliente, imperdonabile se state chiedendo 130/140 euro al giorno solo per dormire. Sconsigliato se non cambiano le cose. O destinato a turismo mordi e fuggi a mai più rivederci. The kindness of the owners does not fill the many shortcomings. Virtually nonexistent breakfast, undrinkable drinks. 2 towels (single for bidet and face), withdrawn after 3 days and never replaced. Bad habit of keeping bedroom windows and doors wide open all afternoon (for anyone to see) to "change the air". And many other small details that denote total inexperience in the treatment of the customer, unforgivable if you are asking for 130/140 euros per day just to sleep. Not recommended if things don't change. Or destined to hit and run tourism to never see us again.
