La ragazza si è presentata al lavoro alle 9.50, non si è scusata per il ritardo e in 15 minuti mi ha fatto la ceretta che solitamente veniva fatta in un'ora. Non sono mai state puntuali ma oggi direi anche poco professionali....la stessa ceretta che potevo farmi anch'io a casa. E dopo averglielo fatto notare sosteneva il contrario. Si può tollerare il ritardo anche se è pur sempre una mancanza di rispetto ma la presa in giro no! Mai più....
I had an appointment at 9.15 for a full leg and partial groin waxing. The girl showed up for work at 9.50am, did not apologize for the delay and in 15 minutes she waxed me which usually took an hour. They have never been punctual but today I would also say unprofessional .... the same wax that I could do myself at home. And after pointing it out to him, he argued otherwise. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre un semipermanente fatto 2 giorni fa e saltate già due unghie, da sottolineare la maleducazione delle dipendenti, con cui fai anche fatica a comunicare dato che un po non ti ascoltano e un po non parlano una parola di italiano. Entri e ti fanno aspettare mezz'ora mentre chiacchierano tra loro o giocano al telefono. Meno male la giovane ragazza italiana che ci mette una pezza. Peccato
