Qui per il taglio sono stata affidata niente meno che allo stylist principale, il quale, pure con modi un po' rozzi e un po' da prima donna, non ha ascoltato cio' che desideravo avere ma sembrava gia' sapere tutto lui. In breve sono uscita con un taglio all'insegna dello sfilato con una frangetta spellacchiata, davvero poco elegante. Peccato perche' chi si e' occupato del colore ha fatto davvero un buon lavoro. Quando ho fatto notare il problema della frangetta (che avevo chiesto esplicitamente di non tagliare troppo corta) al momento del pagamento mi hanno risposto che sarebbe ricresciuta... Ma per le prossime settimane chi mi salva dal presentarmi in queste condizioni!!?? Tra l'altro ero andata dal parrucchiere in vista di un meeting importante la prossima settimana... Aspettando il tuo turno puoi fare shopping. L'ambiente è elegante, ma rilassato. Lo Staff è simpatico e riservato. I tagli sono una certezza (io conosco solo Luisa - per me una vera maestra del taglio corto - ma sono sicura che anche gli altri Collaboratori non sono da meno). Che altro? Se lo consiglio? Al di là della gentilezza e delle coccole (acqua aromatizzata da bere, frutta fresca e sorrisi) che sono credo comuni dal parrucchiere, io apprezzo la sincerità nel consigliare cosa sia meglio per rispettare la natura del capello. Frank ti fa quei tagli che ti svegli al mattino e sei perfetta così. Alice è la migliore nel colore, riesce a capire subito cosa vuoi e spesso mi ha fermata dal fare grandi danni. I miei capelli sono sottili, fragili e crespi eppure loro riescono a trasformarli ogni volta. Non esiste parrucchiere migliore a Torino e inoltre si spende il giusto. Nonostante usino prodotti di altissima qualità. I have been visiting Franchino for over 20 years now, my mom, my aunt and many of my friends go there. Beyond the kindness and pampering (flavored water to drink, fresh fruit and smiles) which are common beliefs of the hairdresser, I appreciate the sincerity in advising what is best to respect the nature of the hair. Frank makes those cuts that you wake up in the morning and you're perfect like that. Alice is the best in color, she immediately understands what you want and often stopped me from doing great damage. My hair is thin, fragile and frizzy and yet they manage to transform it every time. There is no better hairdresser in Turin and moreover the right is spent. Although they use the highest quality products.

Sono cliente da oltre 15 anni e nonostante ci siano molti competitor in città e nella vicina Milano, io torno sempre da lui e dal suo fantastico team. Alice per gli ottimi consigli su colore, acconciature e non solo, Teresa per il taglio, Katia sempre disponibile e gentile, Carmen, Fabio, Veronica, ecc! Lo consiglio anche per lo shopping: i pezzi di arredamento e design in esposizione sono in vendita e non deludono mai ?? From my point of view and from the compliments that friends give on my hair, Franchino is the best in Turin. I have been a customer for over 15 years and although there are many competitors in the city and in nearby Milan, I always come back to him and his fantastic team. Alice for the excellent advice on color, hairstyles and more, Teresa for the cut, Katia always available and kind, Carmen, Fabio, Veronica, etc! I also recommend it for shopping: the pieces of furniture and design on display are on sale and never disappoint ??

The only problem is that my hair was not rinsed properly at the nape of my neck, irritating my scalp. Please take care to rise client's hair properly.
