La stazione in sé non è male, anche se a livello igienico lascia molto a desiderare. Purtroppo i risultati della mancanza di controlli da parte delle forze dell'ordine si nota.
La biglietteria ha degli orari non ben definiti; a volte la trovo chiusa anche se a livello teorico dovrebbe essere aperta. Alcuni addetti sono gentili, altri si comportano come se ti stessero facendo un favore a venderti i biglietti e a darti informazioni.
 Few connections and delays often.
The station itself is not bad, although at a hygienic level it leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the results of the lack of controls by the police are noticeable.
The ticket office has not well defined timetables; sometimes I find it closed even if at a theoretical level it should be open. Some employees are kind, others behave as if they were doing you a favor by selling you tickets and giving you information.

The station itself is very beautiful but really too scattered; it is often difficult to find the entrance for the only underpass that allows you to get to the central track.

Very long beautiful lakefront surrounded by greenery there are two playgrounds for children, plus a fountain that gushes water that they enjoy getting wet.

About hourly train (exceptions in the middle of the morning and evening) from early morning to evening to Gallarate where there are around 2 direct trains and 2 local trains per hour to Milan;
Every two hours (with exceptions) local train to Cadenazzo where there are 2/3 connections per hour to the rest of Switzerland (regional train connection in Giubisco).
Almost all local bus lines to the Luino surroundings stop in front of the station, including the most important to Varese (province capital, departures every hour mon thru sat, less on Sundays and public holidays)
