All'arrivo mi accoglie il titolare, Luigi Ruocco, lo definirei un classico napoletano, brioso, allegro, ospitale e simpatico. La consultazione è durata un po' di tempo, e man mano che Luigi parlava del suo lavoro mi accorgevo che si trattava di una vera e propria passione, quindi di una professione e non di un lavoro. Il trattamento realizzato sui miei capelli è degno di nota, Luigi maneggia i capelli come se avessero un'anima, è un vero professionista, e non lo definirei un parrucchiere qualunque, ma la denominazione corretta è HAIRSTYLIST. Infine, non meno importante, volevo sottlineare il suo lato umano, è un datore di lavoro garbato con il suo staff e ospitale con i propri clienti, grazie per il caffè deca e il panzarotto... Saluti a Lisa, moglie graziosissima e Massimo, collaboratore fidato?? Ci ritornerò??? Sicuramente! Yesterday I went to this salon in San Giovanni, I was full of information, I had read the reviews, I knew the products he used, and I had seen the photos of his works, so I was full of expectations. Upon arrival, the owner, Luigi Ruocco, welcomes me, I would call him a Neapolitan classic, lively, cheerful, hospitable and friendly. The consultation lasted a while, and as Luigi spoke of his work I realized that it was a real passion, therefore a profession and not a job. The treatment carried out on my hair is noteworthy, Luigi handles the hair as if they had a soul, he is a true professional, and I wouldn't call him an ordinary hairdresser, but the correct name is HAIRSTYLIST. Finally, no less important, I wanted to underline his human side, he is a polite employer with his staff and hospitable with his customers, thanks for the deca coffee and the panzarotto ... Greetings to Lisa, a very nice wife and Massimo, a trusted collaborator?? Will I be back ??? Surely!

Purtroppo a causa di un trasferimento temporaneo per un periodo non ho potuto fare seguire la mia capigliatura da Luigi e Massimo che si sono sempre mostrati pronti e disponibili a risolvere i danni fatti da altri con gentilezza, con risultati sorprendenti. Ora che sono ritornata non cambierei per nulla al mondo... I colori e le tecniche proposte sono all'avanguardia e con creatività e prudenza Luigi mi propone nuove idee di look immaginate a misura per me. Consiglio di provare. I've been here for 10 years now. Le personnel est très compétent, accueillant, adorable ! On a le sentiment d'être en famille !! N'hésitez pas ! Foncez ! Quant à moi j'y retourne des mon prochain séjour à Naples !
