All arrivo del prodotto vado nel loro sito e noto che costa 5 euro in meno mentre su ebay 10 euro in meno. Chiedo un rimborso per la differenza e mi mandano un messaggio che avrei diritto al rimborso o sconto con il prossimo acquisto.
After ordering white paint at the cost of 39 I am contacted because the finished product, they propose me another similar product at the same price. Upon arrival of the product I go to their site and I notice that it costs 5 euros less while on ebay 10 euros less. I ask for a refund for the difference and they send me a message that I would be entitled to a refund or discount with the next purchase.
