All'inizio ho avuto un'ottima impressione della professionalità del lavoro svolto... all'inizio prima di firmare il contratto massima attenzione al cliente poi assenza assoluta.....a distanza di due anni non ho ricevuto mai un messaggio per propormi degli immobili che si avvicinassero a ciò da me richiesto (forse un paio appena firmato il contratto),anzi io ho chiesto (via whatsapp) informazioni su un immobile interessante ma nessuna risposta.....Bah, forse è la prassi,mi dispiace davvero riponevo molta fiducia in questo studio!!! Speriamo di ricredermi....Forse la persona che mi segue non lavora più per voi!! Real disappointment! Ci siamo rivolti a loro per poter partecipare ad un'asta con l'unica raccomandazione che l'immobile non avesse abusi edilizi e dopo diversi solleciti per poter visionare la perizia ci siamo ritrovati a pochi giorni dell'asta a scoprire che invece di abusi ce ne erano e come... e alla fine asta saltata. Ci hanno sottoposto inizialmente alcuni immobili che non rispondevano assolutamente alle nostre esigenze e la persona che ci doveva seguire completamente inaffidabile e con tempistiche di risposta inaccettabili. Segreteria che promette di ricontattarti e invece regolarmente non lo fà. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a riavere la metà della quota pagata, ma restiamo totalmente insoddisfatti.
